Minors should use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian and obtain any consent required by law. These Terms do not exclude or limit your statutory consumer rights.

Available features may vary by region, device, operating system version, or service configuration, as described in the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and operating system meet the requirements for use.

3. Use of the Services and Accounts

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on compatible devices you own or control, subject to applicable law and Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with the App or other users through unauthorized means, except where expressly permitted by law.

4. In-App Purchases and Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Products and Prices

The subscription name, full billing period, amount charged, eligibility for any offer, and renewal price will be displayed on the purchase screen and Apple's purchase confirmation screen. Please review them before confirming a purchase. Subscription benefits are available only while the relevant subscription is active.

Automatic Renewal and Offers

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. Apple charges your Apple Account under its payment rules. A free trial or introductory offer applies only if it is clearly displayed on the purchase screen and you are eligible. Unless you cancel in time, Apple will charge the subsequent price at the billing interval shown on the purchase screen after the trial or introductory offer ends. A trial or introductory price is not the subsequent renewal price.

Cancellation, Restoration, and Refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or on Apple's subscription management page. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Uninstalling the App or deleting an in-app account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Eligible purchases can be restored through [actual location of the Restore Purchases option in the App]. For purchases made through Apple, you can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page. Refunds are handled under Apple's applicable rules and your statutory rights.

If subscription prices change, Apple will provide notice or request any necessary consent under its applicable procedures. Delete references to one-time purchases or trial offers if the App does not offer them.

5. Third-Party Services and External Links

The App may provide links to Apple or other third-party services. Third parties independently manage their content, services, and data practices under their own terms and privacy policies. We remain responsible for the Services we provide to the extent required by law. Please review a third party's rules before using its services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's software, interface, trademarks, and original materials provided by us belong to us or their respective rights holders. You receive a license to use the App under these Terms; you do not acquire ownership of the App or those materials. Rights in lawful content you provide remain with their respective owners.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend parts of the Services for maintenance, security incidents, legal requirements, or serious violations of these Terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and how to appeal. You may stop using the App at any time. Benefits you have purchased but have not yet received when a service ends will be handled under applicable law and Apple's transaction rules. Please manage your Apple subscription separately before you stop using the App or delete an account.

8. Availability and Liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the Services, but devices, networks, system maintenance, or third-party services may cause temporary interruptions. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances of the case. These Terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. You should keep backups of important files.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
